Loans can be up to 25 years, fully amortizing with no balloon payments and up to 100% of project costs.  While loan sizes are normally from $500,000 to $3,000,000, other sizes will be considered.  Small Business Administration (SBA) loans are offered to qualified borrowers.

Loans are available for many purposes:

Acquire, construct, or renovate commercial real estate

Acquire machinery and equipment

Permanent working capital

Refinance existing business debt

Financing for companies interested in eliminating balloon payments

Acquire an existing business or finance a new business

Borrowing costs can be either fixed interest or a variable interest rate over prime and are very competitive.  Other fees may include an application fee, servicing fees for construction loans, attorney fees, appraisal fees and environmental fees, depending on the type of loan.  Fees can be financed as part of the loan amount.

Collateral is acceptable in the form of commercial real estate, where available, or other business or personal assets and an owner guarantee.

Many industries are considered for financing, including but not limited to retailers, manufacturers, hotels/motels, restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, child and adult care providers, assisted living centers, auto repair shops, car washes, recreational facilities and professional service providers.
